Faculty

Arno Heritage International Language School has a highly qualified, professional, and caring teaching team. The school currently has a number of full-time teachers, all holding bachelor’s degrees or above. The teaching staff has a well-balanced age structure, consisting of experienced backbone teachers with strong teaching achievements as well as young teachers who are energetic, innovative, and open to new educational ideas.

In terms of professional development, senior teachers have frequently undertaken open classes and demonstration lessons. Young teachers actively participate in teaching and research activities, continuously updating their educational concepts and improving classroom teaching quality.

In education and student development, all teachers adhere to a student-centered philosophy, caring for every student and emphasizing their all-round development. They not only focus on knowledge transfer but also pay close attention to moral education and the improvement of students’ overall competencies.

In addition, the school places strong emphasis on teacher training and continuing education, regularly organizing school-based training programs and overseas study exchange activities to continuously enhance teachers’ professional competence and teaching abilities. Head of Mathematics Teaching and Research Group – Teacher Tao

Teacher Tao has long been engaged in primary mathematics education and has rich teaching experience. Her classroom teaching is clear in logic and well-structured. She is skilled at transforming abstract mathematical concepts into engaging and accessible learning content, effectively stimulating students’ interest in learning. She focuses on developing students’ thinking and problem-solving abilities and integrates inquiry-based learning methods into her teaching, achieving remarkable results. At the same time, she actively organizes mathematics teaching and research activities and leads the team in continuously optimizing instructional design, improving the overall quality of mathematics education in the school.

Head of Chinese Teaching and Research Group – Teacher Guo

eacher Guo possesses strong professional literacy in Chinese language education and extensive teaching experience. Her teaching style is warm and natural, emphasizing language accumulation and literary appreciation. She is skilled at guiding students to interpret texts deeply and understand emotional expression, cultivating their reading comprehension and expressive abilities. In teaching and research work, she actively promotes the integration of reading and writing instruction, organizes diverse Chinese learning activities, and enhances students’ comprehensive language literacy.

Head of Chinese Teaching and Research Group – Teacher Na

eacher Na has solid professional knowledge in Chinese language teaching and rich frontline teaching experience. His teaching style is vivid, detailed, and highly engaging. He is particularly skilled at integrating drawing into classroom instruction, using carefully designed “illustrated board writing” to present text content in a visual and contextualized way, making abstract language more intuitive and understandable for students. In class, he often combines explanation with simple yet expressive sketches of characters, story scenes, or text structures, enabling students to deepen their understanding through both visual and auditory learning. This creative teaching approach not only stimulates students’ interest but also enhances classroom engagement and interaction.

Head of English Teaching and Research Group – Teacher Yuan

eacher Yuan’s teaching style is lively and engaging, focusing on creating a relaxed and enjoyable English learning environment. She is skilled in using multimedia tools and situational teaching methods to improve students’ listening and speaking abilities as well as practical language application skills. In teaching and research, she continuously explores English teaching models suitable for primary school students, leading her team in classroom research and reflective practice, effectively improving overall English teaching quality.

Head of Italian Teaching and Research Group – Teacher Dong

eacher Dong has a strong academic background in Italian language and an international perspective. She is committed to developing students’ language application abilities and intercultural understanding. Her classes are lively and interactive, emphasizing oral communication and situational practice, enabling students to learn the language in authentic contexts. In teaching and research, she actively integrates multicultural elements into the curriculum, enriching course content and enhancing students’ global vision and comprehensive literacy.
